Wonderful and quiet hotel, with top-class personnel. New-fashioned rooms with a lovely big terrace looking onto calle preciados. Climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen TV were convenient. Absolutely amazing overall experience❤

Positive, Friendly staff throughout my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice with frosted glass for privacy. It's just two blocks from SOL and a block from Gran Via, so getting around was easy.

I found the air conditioning to be uncontrollable. This was particularly frustrating given the bustling area outside. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The selection was limited and the service was notably slow.

I loved the amazing shower and the a full water jar waiting for me when I arrived. Plus, I enjoyed some chill time in the cozy lounge and on the beautiful terrace. The only downside was the room could've used a bit more light, but that didn't take away from my stay at all 😊

The room, while clean and modern, had a frustratingly small table, made working with my notebook challenging. The absence of a bidet in the comfortable bathroom was a slight letdown, though the bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Gourmet products were a good surprise.

My room wasnice and neat, with an excellent shower that featured a convenient hand wand option. The front desk staff were accommodating and provided helpful local dining recommendations. The included breakfast was good, offering delicious options like breakfast toasts and fresh juices without additives.

Travelled with my daughter, spent 1 night here and had an amazing stay. The staff were affable, helped with any issues. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to Callao and Puerta del Sol. the staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. the hotel's location in the heart of Madrid, next to Callao and Puerta del Sol, was perfect for exploring the city.
